    - Arrange for the prompt and organized receipt of workers upon their arrival at the airport.
  • Arrival Notification
    - Inform Novation Global immediately upon the workers’ arrival at the destination.
  • Accommodation
    - Provide clean, safe, and furnished housing accommodations that meet acceptable living standards.
  • Utilities
    - Ensure continuous availability of essential utilities such as water and electricity in the accommodation.
  • Worker Security
    - Guarantee the safety and security of all workers at both living quarters and work sites, with special attention to the protection of female workers.
  • Salary Payments
    - Ensure timely and full payment of salaries for each working month, without undue delays.
  • Document Validity
    - Regularly monitor and update the validity of all essential documents, including passports, residence permits, and employment visas of the workers.
  • Dignity and Respect
    - Treat all workers with dignity, fairness, and respect, acknowledging their rights as individuals and professionals.
  • Healthcare Support
    - Provide appropriate and timely medical care in the event of illness or workplace accidents.
  • Issue Reporting
    - Notify Novation Global promptly about any concerns or situations that may require support, intervention, or resolution.
  • Contract Compliance
    - Adhere to the terms and conditions agreed upon in the employment contract signed between the employer and the workers.
